Check above - The Time of Angels' ratings increased as the episode went on. I wish I had the figures for the other three episodes this series to see if this is a regular occurence or a one off. I'd guess on the former, but one set of figures can only give a portion of the picture.
As I also said above was that I watch both shows, so it wouldn't matter a jot for me personally which show comes first. 6.20pm is late enough for me to catch it (indeed, as is 6pm). But that doesn't stop me thinking - my personal thought - that it could and should be on later.
Thirdly - this is a forum. Of course it's about what people think/want. It's totally based on opinion.
Fourthly - you mean your niece is being deprived of the joys of Over the Rainbow because the BBC schedule it too late? The gits.

My argument isn't about the 20 minute change though - as you say it shouldn't have that big effect. Regarding my view on the later spot - you can argue about the video/DVD/Harddrive situation for those who it'd be too late for. As I said, there's an argument and counter argument.
