Not my era at all! However, I'm looking forward to having the '80s Rhydified for me, just as musical theatre has been Really looking forward to the album. Hope there's some new stuff on there as well as much-loved old ones, but I don't see how there can be given the time frame. What do you think?

Rhyd has known for a long while before he signed that syco was over, and as he always wanted to have another album I suspect he has been planning this for a while yet. he said on Radio wales today that recording the vocals would begin in January, so plenty of time yet IMO for very exciting things to happen

Rhydian has got a very busy and exciting 6months coming up - I'm very very excited about his new album - and Rhyd seems very excited too which is great

I'm sure Rhyd will sound fab singing all those Xmas songs

From Rhyd's interviews this week (I've finally caught up with all of them I think ) it sounds like Mad World is just too well known and that Rhyd is looking at songs that are not well known at all-which is intriguing
