Oh no, the thread has been slightly neglected!
I am still appreciating Rhydian and will be going to the show at Llanduddno on 9th March. Really looking forward to it!!! I left it too late to book Rocky Horror tickets, there was only one date my friend and I could make and the seats left were all apart, it's not the sort of show where you'd want to sit by someone you don't know! If more dates get added in the North West we'll make a supreme effort.

The show was absolutely amazing, a good mixture of music and the Tenors of Rock were a good choice of support act - my favourite yet!

I'll be attending the Buxton one in April. I've signed up for the newsletter on the new Official site and have received the one with the link to the demo he's recorded. Pleasantly surprised as it's not usually my type of song. The female backing vocal works well and Rhyd's voice is lovely on it.

Hey,
I was thinking of going to see War of the Worlds - Alive on Stage! soon as my local venue is showing a cinema version of the new Jeff Wayne version. Gutted it isnt a performance with Rhyd as the Parson, but oh well Its the new version with Liam Neeson and Gary Barlow I think.Would like to have seen the one with Justin Heyward though, I mean I cant imagine Gary Barlow singing Forever Autumn can you? I'm working on my singing and breathing a bit more and its easier now! Still practising!

Looking forward to seeing what he performs and catching up with my buddies again in the flesh. ![]() Laters!

He had a cup of tea at hand whilst he was on stage, ha ha! He was fabulous Grim at the concert I attended on Sunday. The crowd went wild on his 'The Impossible Dream' and 'Music of the Night'. ![]() He even made 'Lady in Red' sound good and I don't even like the damn song!

![]() ![]() I wouldn't be surprised if he was to do one in the future. His voice sits well with a lot of musical theatre stuff from what I've heard him singing live in concert. |

Ooops we fell off the front page.............can't have that!
![]() Rhyd had a great tour; five of the 11 dates were sell outs and the rest only had seats at the back left. Combining it with the Rocky Horror Show meant he was running aroud like a blue a***ed fly! Then he went off on a holiday with his Mum to the Holy Land to recover ![]() He's out in France at the mo but is coming back soon as he's got more Rocky dates and four gigs in about 5 weeks. There are a couple of vlogs he's done you might like to see if you haven't already. In this one he's asking for some song suggestions from his fans: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P56y...-5ytmg&index=2 and in this one he's at the Grand Prix in Monaco, hanging out with Nicole Scherzinger and the like lol. He has some news coming soon about a new album he says. ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGAB...-5ytmg&index=1 |

Hey!
I saw War of the Worlds: Alive on Stage! tonight, it was really good. Would have loved to see Rhydian as the Parson, but Jason Donavan was fab, loved Ricky Wilson as the Artilleryman and Kerry Ellis ![]() The effects worked really well with amazing music Justin Heyward will always be in my mind as the singer (cant get Rhyd singing Forever Autumn out of my head either) though Marti Pellow was good.

Coincidentally, I found out on arriving home that weekend that the man who had given me a recorded tape of the album 'War of The Worlds' years previously; sadly died. RIP Big Harry. Quote:

Hi everyone,
Interesting link here - it appears we can make "pledges" to get the 5th album released. Does this mean he is self financing it? ![]() http://www.pledgemusic.com/projects/...ource=facebook |

It does look like they are trying to raise money through pledging - didn't Ruth Lorenzo do something like that ![]() I wish Rhydian could be signed to the same label that took Joe on board
