Dutch Ovens ?
I took delivery of my first Dutch oven (Small 4ltr) anyone else use one?
I've got a firepit and tripod, I made last summer inspired from a trip to Slovakia. Anyone else use a Dutch Oven or have an favourite recipes or tips? |

Here's a Dutch recipe for hachee that is traditionally made in a Dutch oven (braadpan as we call them): http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Sav...eacutee-305037
Where it says "stew for 1 hour", read "stew for 2 to 3 hours". The longer the better. |
