Firstly, I'm new to this forums so I'd like to say "Hello"
I'm a major doctor who fan and I just had a thought about Leadworth...
Spoiler
Leadworth is an anagram for "The A World" could the A be for alternate??

Could this be the thing in plain sight that Mr. M was talking about???

Very good. but if you

Spoiler
move one letter to the left, you get THEA World.

Now:
Spoiler

Thea was one of the TITANS, married to her brother HYPERION.

Claim to fame: She gave birth to HELIOS the sun, EOS the dawn and SELENE the moon.

She also appears to have produced a troop of trickster monkeys called the CERCOPES.

Possibly Greek mythology connection?

Thea was also the name given to the planet that smashed into the Earth around 4.5 Billion Years Ago. Back then, the world was toxic and moonless, and uninhabitable. The collision meant a slow evolution of the world that resulted in an Earth just three fifths of the original size and the creation of our moon.

Now, this does all seem irrelevant. But I just thought people would like a bit of trivia. As for the Greek Mythology links, I think we should be careful not to look too deep- Doctor Who is very much a family show and it cannot be made to over-complicate the younger audience. That said, a nice bit of speculation is good for the soul....
