Can anyone help me?

It's a sad piece of piano music. The two instances I can remember it being played are

*When The Doctor is telling Rose she must stay on the parallel universe with the new Doctor

*In the upcoming episode - Clip 3 on the BBC website. (Wont say anymore due to spoilers, naturally)

The Journey's End scene that you are talking about...first its the Impossible Planet, then it changes into Rose's Theme, then it changes into Life Among the Distant Stars.....



As for the Flesh and Stones Clip...Its something new....but I think it almost ends with what is supposedly Amy's Theme...
