Saying that in this series it really does seem to depend on the song/performance for that particular week and if Lauren pulls another blinder like last week then she'll be nowhere near that bottom two. I think Sophie will be safe on the rebound vote and I also think that Jenny will shine again this week (surely?!?!) and hopefully be safe.

I don't think anyone should go out on a one bad singing performance. And for goodness sake let a sing off be a sing off.The pressure of performing in a sing off,is surely telling in itself.Not only that, its about the only like for like comparison you can genuinely make.ALW picks the songs deliberately for that reason. The sing off should certainly be more influencial than what it is.It will be interesting again tomorrow to witness ALW pretending to make his mind up.

Having said that,as my own choice has gone,I can take a much more balanced view.The favourites are unlikey to go even with a below par performance,as ALW will save them.So I think I'll go for what would be the most interesting bottom two.

With Lauren having the lowest votes, Steph winning the Sing off,but The Lord still saves Lauren.

Normally I'd think that with the rebound vote Sophie would be safe, but I think she really does need to up her game this week if she wants to stay in. And although I think Jessica will probably go sometime soon, I think her song choice for this week and some sympathy and leeway she'll probably get since she's ill should keep her safe this week, unless Sophie really pulls out something amazing.
