I think Monday 24th May will be dedicated to Corrie as far as I'm concerned.
3 whole episodes that night including a 10pm screening. Should be good.

I had a feeling this was going to happen. It would seem to inconvenient for Sarah to be left with two children on her own, there wouldn't be enough left for the character to do in the future.
Seems there's a lot of heartbreak coming up for the Platts this year. |

Nope! It's quite annoying sometimes, because you feel like the Platts are the only family in the street that ever get the juicy storylines!

Let's take a look at the tragedies that Sarah Platt has had to endure during her 17 short years of life:
>Her biological father, Brian Tilsley dies when she is just 2 years old >She got prenant at 13 and didn't find out until it was too late to have an abortion. She gives birth to Bethany when she is still only 13 > Her mother and stepfather break up and get divorced at a time when she needs them most >She is fooled and trapped by a pervert she met and was lied to by on the internet >She is almost killed in a joyriding car crash >Her mother marries a serial killer who tries to kill her and her family >She has a huge row with her mother and they stop speaking >Her boyfriend kisses her brother and manages to convince her that he is not gay when he is >She gets pregnant again at 16 and her boyfriend manages to talk her into keeping the baby >Her daughter's biological father dies in a car crash and his mother Brenda is a secret psycho who tries to kill poor Bethany >Her fiancée has an affair with another man behind her back >She has a threatened miscarriage >Her fiancée and the father of her unborn child confesses that he is gay and has been having an affair with their male friend >Her second child Billy is stillborn and his life ends before it begins Why don't the writers give her a break? And while they're at it, let Fred propose to a woman who is actually interested in him and get married and live happily ever after together |

OMG I hate it when a child dies espeically a baby, thats why most soaps tend not to do it.
