I'm looking for recommendations for a good facial sun cream. I'm talking about one for holidays, so not just a moisturiser with SPF, but all the same the less oily the better. I have used some of the Clinique ones before which are good but if anyone knows of any that are effective but a bit cheaper I'd love to know. Oh and only ones that come in less than 100ml bottles obviously.

Cheers

I use a Nivea one which is pretty good. It is SPF 50.

Does it have to be less than 100ml for the airport security issues? I always pack my sunny lotions in my case.

I know you asked for cheaper than Clinique but the only brand I'd recommend for the face is Lancaster,

Simple make sun cream especially for the face which can be put on alone or under make up. It is moisturising but not greasy.
With regard to size, both Boots and Superdrug sell a range of clear plastic bottles, containers and spray containers in a variety of sizes which are useful for taking things which ordinarily come in larger size containers.

L'Oreal Solar Expertise 'Active Anti-Wrinkle & Brown Spot Matte Fluide Protection - 50 SPF' in 50ml is fab, fab, fab.

They also do a non-matte one but it's a bit greasy, a tinted one which I didn't like as much and they do a 30 SPF which isn't enough protection for me.

This particular one isn't always easy to find but sometimes places like Superdrug, Sainsbury's etc do it at 2 for price of 1.

Enjoy the sun

Yeah. I'm only going for a week so I'm not checking luggage in. Summer clothes don't take up much space anyway-saves a bit of money and the worry of losing luggage. It's just the liquids I struggle with especially managing to cram my make up in the little bag. I'll just buy the bigger liquids at the Boots at the airport.

Thanks guys for the recommendations.
