Where can I find or download the lastest firmware version for my Nokia 3586i, And what software to flash it with? It currently has:

RH-44
(c)NMP

And one other thing, Can I update the PRL myself? My phone has no service right now because there is no PRL. If I can how do I go about doing it? I went to my service provider and the girl didn't know what a PRL update was.
