Looks similar to Matt Smith, however didnt we see a pic of Young Amy with a woman who is apparently her Aunt. And the aunt looked like M. tt Smith from behind? Maybe her?

well i know for a fact that there is a crack inside the tardis...
also, like someone said; the part where young amy is waiting in her garden for the doctor. the thing that passed running inside the house could have been someone else or just prisoner 0 in some human form.

If the Doctor were in a Coma in the room then surely Prisoner Zero would have been able to take on his form on it's own, and not have to have Amy tagging along as a second body.

And Rory would have recognised the Doctor as one of the patients, not as the Raggedy Doctor.

The only way it would make sense is if the Doc in the bed had only just arrived and wasn't only pretending to be in a coma. In which case I can't see what possible impact he could have had on the plot since he didn't save anyone from getting killed.

Speculation on other threads is that there are two doc 11s around. But you're right, Rory would surely have recognised him.

I hadn't heard this speculation. Perhaps it was the second Doctor 11 that materialized in Amelias garden when she was sat on the case waiting for the first one to come back ?

I think that's a legitimate speculation. But the problem is that once you think that, everything starts looking like the Doctor. Or maybe that's the point...

One of the threads speculates that when the Doctor tells Amy in FaS to remember what he told her when she was 7 its a different doctor than the one in the rest of the episode. Based on the reappearance of his jacket which he had previously lost. Does this make sense?

Maybe he's an ordinary human who just happens
to be the Doctor's duplicate ? It happened twice in
the old series- "The Massacre" and "The Enemy of
the World".
