Does River Song Kill The Doctor?
*I hope so - I think that will be some pretty powerful scenes due to their connections.

If the original post has been discussed in another thread, why not simply point out to the OP that it's already being discussed rather than acting like a smart alec
There are a lot of threads and some are easy missed, it's very easy to start a thread that has appeared numerous times
anyway op i think your right or at least that is what is being alluded too but we'll see, they be trying to be too obvious to throw us of the scent

It was on page two, not that easy missed.
I would certainly agree that all hints point to her killing a Doctor, but not neccessarily Matt's Doctor.

the only reason I think that is because if MS does 5 or so years, and then another doctor it could be 8 or so years (hopefully) before the next doctor regens
but as I mentioned Moffat had deliberately been ambiguous so has a get out clause (even if that is where its headed)

But Moffat has also hinted that the River story will be resolved, rather than keeping fans hanging on. It seems unlikely to me he is going to just wait for when Matt wants to leave to resolve the story.

Hi, long time reader, new poster here.
Whilst that might be what ultimately happens, I found it strange that she referred to the man she killed as: 'The BEST man I ever knew', as opposed to 'The greatest'... I just thought it was odd terminology - the same as when The Doctor referred to Jeff as his 'best man'.
I just found it odd and slightly jarring. It does seem that the man River will kill is to be The Doctor, but this leaves me with quite a creeping doubt as to whether or not that will indeed be the case
