If you are unhappy with your new phone..
what are your rights if you decide that the phone/contract you have just bought are not right for you.I made a bit of a rash decision yesterday and I've now decided that my purchase from The Link isn't what I want.Am I able to take everything back and get them to cancel the whole lot or am I stuck for the next year.Any help appreciated.

When i brought my phone the salesman was going through all the stuff and mentioned that most networks have a 16day refund policy - EXCEPT T-Mobile.
If i were you I would contact The Link NOW and take the phone back today. |
