I'm sure I've seen that top, or at least something very similar, in Urban Outfitters.

I'm not sure about the shoes, I've seen similar styles on the High Street but not sure if any are the same. I'm off shopping later so I'll keep a look out and let you know if I spot them

Shellys will probably have something similar.
