I actually quite like both of them for different reasons.

But I'll go with Commander Sharrel

thats interesting i don't like either of them, but the Mandrels have a better hair do than Commander Sharrel!

I thought Sharrel & crew were an interesting foil for the Daleks. And this was when bringing back Davros was a novelty!

And the Mandrels were a good concept visually. I still remember them coming through the walls as the end of episodes 1 and trying to draw them the next day!
