I thought Sophie was much better this week. It wasn't all there, but she put in a really good effort. I thought it looked like a very good amateur performance, but not quite up to West End level. Still, there's a year until the show opens, and that gives her time to get some extra training if she wins. She convinced me that she is the only one left besides Danielle who can project that youthful, innocent quality that Dorothy needs. I actually want her in the final now. I still want Danielle to win, but Sophie is the only other contestant that I think could make a decent Dorothy, so she's now my second choice for the role.

Exactly these three things. She got a lot more confidence and as lack of it is her big flaw, she has potential to be the best imo. Is anyone playing close attention to her singing in the VT's (rehearsal) when they all say who should be leaving or whatever, she's like a different performer! Thus has potential, just might not show enough in time. At age 17, 4 years is a lot. I'm 21 now and I've changed tons since I was 17, Steph's age and Lauren's 22. At their age she might have their confidence, but I feel confident she is improving fast and will gain it much faster than that given the chance.

She is often best in groups performances singing-wise, on multiple occasionas, even Monkseal pointed that out and I don't think he's a fan of Sophie. Dancing wise though Danielle is snappier and better, Sophie isn't an amazing dancer but I think she's auditioning for Dorothy, not a huge dancing role. THey should only use it against her if it was a general audition or for a dancy show.

I didn't like her performance the best but she did the best she could with it (bar not being as confident as in rehearsals), it could never have been a blowaway song could it? Others got better ones! She;s naturally good imo, but might be leaving =[

I think Sophie is vulnerable, her performance was decent but uninspired, I think her and Jenny are the weakest. Top three in no particular order Danielle, Lauren and Steph with Jess next.

Sophie appears popular though, so she might survive another week, especially if Jenny is there too, but she impresses me least at the moment. Talented girl and all that though.
