Red Button Problem
Hi,
Does anyone else have an error when you press the red button on BBC channels on the foxsat ATM. It says please wait, followed by connecting then an error message saying that due to an error service is not available. Or is it just me? |

Yes same here. Had this issue yesterday too, as reported in the freesat forum.

As mentioned on the Freesat thread there is a quick way to check where the problem is. On channel 986, Teletext, press the blue button for the Jobsite option. If you can access this the network connection is OK. I've just done this so can assert confidently that the problems must be with the BBC site, since at the moment the red button option does not work on any of the BBC channels I tried.
