Sparks - This Town Ain't Big Enough for Both of Us
Queen - Killer Queen Supertramp - Dreamer David Bowie - Rebel Rebel Abba - Waterloo Eric Clapton - I Shot the Sheriff Bad Company - Can't Get Enough Kraftwerk - Autobahn Average White Band - Pick Up The Pieces Bob Marley - No Woman No Cry Hues Corporation - Rock the Boat Rolling Stones - It's Only Rock 'n' Roll Barry White - You're the First, the Last, My Everything Paper Lace - Billy Don't Be A Hero Terry Jacks - Seasons in the Sun George McCrae - Rock Your Baby Cat Stevens - Oh Very Young Elton John - Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway Hollies - The Air That I Breathe Joni Mitchell - Help Me Showaddywaddy - Hey Rock 'n' Roll Carly Simon - Mockingbird David Essex - Rock On Barclay James Harvest - Child of the Universe The Rubettes - Sugar Baby Love Beach Boys - Endless Summer UFO - Doctor Doctor The First Class - Beach Baby The Sweet - Set Me Free 10cc - The Wall Street Shuffle Big Star - September Gurls Kiki Dee - I've Got the Music in Me Nazareth - Love Hurts Aerosmith - Train Kept A-Rollin Eagles - Best of My Love Paul Simon – Take Me to the Mardi Gras Kiss - Black Diamond Harry Chapin - Cat's in the Cradle KC & The Sunshine Band - Get Down Tonight Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet Home Alabama Roxy Music - The Thrill of It All I particularly like the ones I've highlighted. I think about 6 from this list were hits in 1975 (Supertramp, Kraftwerk, AWB, Bob Marley & the Wailers, KC & The Sunshine Band, Eagles) but it's an enjoyable music reflection anyway! A few others I like from 1974 are: Stevie Wonder:- Living for the City Hot Chocolate:- Emma Mud:- The Cat Crept In/ Rocket Sunny:- Doctor's Orders Mungo Jerry:- long-Legged Woman Dressed in Black Glitter Band:- Angel Face R Dean Taylor:- There's a Ghost in My House Cozy Powell:- The Man in Black Alan Price:- Jarrow Song (my fave hit from the mid-70s!) Commodores:- Machine Gun Roxy Music:- All I Want is You Sparks:- Never Turn Your Back on Mother Earth George McCrae:- I Can't Leave You Alone (Tracie's cover version in 1985 was quite good too) Hello:- Tell Him Rubettes: Juke Box Jive |

Whoops! '71 and '73 were much better years, I agree. I think one of those dates has already been done.
