Orange - So called Modern Network cant give PAC code over the phone!

I have left Orange for a variety of reasons - the main one being they are a bunch of sneaky gits with rubbish customer service - requested my PAC code as out of contract - went to T Mobile (PAYG - never having a contract again) and have just found they have charged me £20 as they say I did not give them 30 days notice I was going - even though I was out of contract and not one person at Orange told me I had to do that - even though I had phoned them loads re sorting out my complaint.
Hate them with a passion!
