New box connection help needed
Hi all,
I currently have Sky HD but i'm changing to Freesat next month and have my eye on a Humax Foxsat 500gb. I currently have two connections going into the Sky box from the dish. Is this the same on the Humax box?? If not which of the two leads would I plug in? Any ideas?! |

Best to use both satellite feeds so the Foxsat's twin recording capability has maximum flexibility; but otherwise it can cope with just one satellite feed (but won't have full twin recording flexibility) - the Foxsat even auto-detects what you have connected during the wizard setup.

Graham beat me to it!
![]() I'm using a 320Gb version of the Humax and am very happy. I spend a lot of time away from home and use external drives for archive and / or catching up. I've had the Humax over a year and it is the best 274 quid I have ever spent. |
