I figured this might be a good place to ask seeing as it's the music forum. I'll try advice too, but anyway..

I'm going (hopefully!! ) to see Rihanna at the O2 Arena on Tuesday - 3 days away! I ordered tickets through See Tickets around end of March/early April.. and the tickets still haven't arrived.

I rang customer service and they said to ring 48 hours before the event, so I'll try tommorow but I'm still worried if they don't show up in time! I hope they haven't got lost or delayed in the post, because they're sent via regular post..
can anyone who has used See Tickets reassure me? Offer advice?

I know they are known for being dispatched late, but this late?

I'm really worried and hopefully the tickets show up in time, before Tuesday!!

I got mines the day before! I wouldn't worry too much. Just call them tomorrow for confirmation. I think in these situations you can still go to the concert. Not sure what the process is though.

I seem to have problems with Seetickets as they wait until the very last minute to send tickets out.

My tickets never arrived at all for Calvin Harris (this was during the postal strikes last year and they never bothered sending them out early), they arrived the day before I was going to see Ian Brown (I live 150 miles from where the gig was happening) and they arrived the day before for Pavement earlier this week.

Did you get to go to the concerts without the physical tickets?

Yes, the gig was on the Sunday and I phoned them on the Thursday going more than a little bit spare.

They sent me an email to confirm I'd hadn't received the tickets, Seetickets hadn't actually sent them, and got me to print it out and take it to the venue on the night of the gig.

There was a load of people in the same position as myself.

Yeah, as others have said, if they're not going to be able to get the tickets to you in time they'll arrange for you to collect them at the venue box office (and if that is what they decide to do, make sure they refund you any postage you've paid for the tickets to be delivered to you )
