1. Wicked - well first of all they left out the whole belting section - why? cus the girls are poppy, not chest belters. Whole song was off.
2. Danielle - exactly why they left off the belting section of wicked. She can't - at least not yet. Potential there - send her to MT school.
3. Jenny - stupid umbella - did a good job - very old school MT so a lovely throw back . She looks like Liza Minelli and she had a good voice. Bit too tall for Dorothy unless they make sure the other actors are 6 foot or over.
4. Steph - a mezzo with a soprano song. Tears good - after all the female sings it over her dead lover's body.
5. Jenny - I thought she did well with a song that is boring out of context. My problem - hate the song.
6. Sophie - weak.
7. Lauren - best and most trained voice. Just don't warm to her but who cares - she could do it but just comes across as to old to be dorothy
8. Charlotte- not the voice or promise she was at age 12. If she was just starting out now would just be another MT grad trying to get a part. Yes there are extremely talented people out there who just don't get the auditions and who, after 2 or 3 years, have to quit to pay the bills. pity.
