I did look for this topic but couldn't find one so I apologise if already done.

I've decided who I now want as my Dorothy. I've always been torn by Steph but tonights show did it for me.
I would honestly be happy with any of my top 3

1. Jessica - she has it all, he performance was brilliant and she really could be Dorothy, maybe not the best singer but she is by far the best performer.

2. Steph - always good, and her performance tonight was stunning. She is the best all rounder.

3 Lauren - brilliant vocals, her acting sometime looks too OTT

4 Sophie - better tonight but still looks unsure of herself, if only she would let go.

5 Danielle - I never thought I would have her at the bottom of my list, but I just don't like the batting the eyelashes anymore. Her performance wasn't good for me, I think that was her worst to date. She was off key a couple of times and I felt the song exposed her vocals too much - proving to me she isn't as good as I had first thought, I also think ALW has finally seen that for himself when they did the group medley.

1st Lauren - head and shoulders above everyone else
2nd = Danielle - after Stephanie left I would have had her a clear 2nd but she struggled a bit tonight
2nd = Jessica - didn't like her at first but she has grown in recent weeks
4th Steph - powerful voice but more suited to pop than theatre IMO
5th Sophie - pretty girl but not as good as the others

I like Steph as a person and a performer and would love her to win.

I really like Sophie but not sure she could carry this role

On tonight's performances, best for me were:

Jenny. (OK I know she's gone, but .. ) I was disappointed for her that the panel didn't like it, I thought she brought dignity, emotion and a faultless vocal to the song - a very mature performance.

Jessica. I don't really get the Jessica can't sing thing, I thought she handled a potentially difficult song very well, it was so wordy and could have been laboured and awkward, but she made it warm, funny and charming. She's got a really engaging personality, and looks made to perform.

Steph. I love little Steph! She was great again, she always is, it's just that Jenny and Jess pipped her tonight.

Sophie. I can understand why people vote for Sophie - even though she seems too fragile for the big time, she's still lovely to watch, so beautiful and innocent. And she did that song quite well, I thought.

Danielle. Bit boring, for me, but not as boring as previous weeks so she is improving! and she seems like a nice person, I don't mind if she wins.

Lauren. I don't get it - beautiful voice, but that's where it end, for me, her acting is so OTT, she's never the character but always still Lauren, acting - she doesn't seem able to lose herself in a part like the others. She is talented, but I can't warm to her.

1. Steph - consistently awesome! I want her to win so badly
2. Danielle - very talented and would be a great Dorothy, although I can't warm to her as a person
3. Lauren - again, talented but too polished
4. Sophie - I love her, but don't think she's quite ready
5. Jessica - has improved, but still the weakest imo... and vaguely annoying

That's exactly how I feel about Lauren although I think she is the best singer, she always seems to be just Lauren, not that it's a bad thing but she doesn't seem to act any differently. Jessica is better because she adopts a character very well. I love her!

1) Danielle. Pretty voice needs more vocal training but is a great actress and dancer and has a natural young girl appeal. She's not always quite there yet but she's very close to being very good indeed

2) Steph. Very Very talented. Good on all counts and would make a good reliable Dorothy although she looks and acts a little to mature to be a natural choice

3) Lauren. Likewise extremely talented but way to clinical and polished to be believable as a farm girl. I'd like to see her play a society girl - she'd be fab in that sort of role

4) Jessica. Great charisma on stage and can sing some songs well but doesn't have a very pretty voice or much range. I like her personality but I find her on stage gurning a bit overdone

5) Sophie. Beautiful girl and great voice but doesn't look a natural onstage (probably due to nerves) I don't think she's up to the job but if she goes to Theatre school she could be great

1 - Lauren - The best talent there who they can work with to create the Dorothy they want.

2 - Danielle - A little rougher around the edges but still a good raw talent even if her singing requires a little work.

3 - Steph - A less obvious Dorothy, but perfectly capable of the part.

4 - Sophie - Lacking in confidence and will need more work and direction to become a credible Dorothy.

5 - Jessica - I can't take her seriously, really I can't. Her singing is sub-standard, her movement is gawky, and you can always hear her accent through her acting which makes me giggle.
