I just had a brainwave whilst watching the Hairspray group performance from a few weeks ago and I think that jess and Stephanie would be perfect in the role of Penny Pingleton because they both have that crazy personalitie and it would be a great introduction into west end theatre because its a main role but a leading role and it would give them a good base for the future. I can see them in the role quite well.
But what do you think good or bad idea?

I was listening to the same performance the other day and when Stephanie sings her line it does sound like the actress sing it on the version on Michael Ball's album.

My brother said Jess would be a perfect Penny during that number too. I'd love it
