Shows like OTR need three judges:

Judge #1 should be a younger male/female celebrity who people will generally like: Charlotte.

Judge #2 should be male (preferably gay), assume the role of Mr Nasty by delivering harsh, destructive comments. The public will love to hate him: JP.

Judge #3 should be an older male/female has-been. They should be 50+, consistently never make sense and are allowed occasional senile moments: Sheila Hancock/ALW (depending on whether you class him as a judge or not)
