Taking nothing away from Carey Mulligan either. Thought she did well in 'Blink' and it's a shame she was never kept on as a companion. ”

Fair point - I think it was rather unfair to cast Freema, she does better in TW as part of a group.

As for Carey, we certainly know that she won't be back as they can't afford her any more!

That is true! If she comes back, she'll be for a five minute cameo only! lol!

You're also right about Freema. She does work better as a character without The Doctor, which is why my point about her being good in Human Nature, Etc is a valid one!

Blink, to me had unscary, boring stone statues and a female main character I couldn't give a hoot about.”

I don't see any implication that any of the events shown in Love and Monsters are only in Elton's imagination.

If you didn't find the Angels scary or Sally a sympathetic character, well, you're entitled to your point of view, incomprehensible as I find it.

But that's pretty much what happened in the end. The Cult were tasked with thinking non-Dalek thoughts in order to survive, but were revolted by the results.

And why does everyone like Blink? I thought it was an ok episode but i found the Empty Child two parters much better.

What are the good qualties of Blink and what are the bad qualities of Evolution of the Daleks?

Besides the pants looking Dalek/Human hybrid ”
