Surprise, surprise. Jenny bonded with the dog on tonight's show.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous.

The public didn't vote her. End of. Move on!

I seriosuly don't think that anyone would choose not to vote for their favourite because ALW says that they don't bond with dogs!

No but for six weeks they've been trying to tell the audience Jenny isn't Dorothy, and that was the final nail in her coffin.

My favourites always end up in the west end and I'm sure Jenny and Jess will be no different.

I agree, I think it's shocking both of them have gone.

I have to agree.

Fair enough maybe that wasn't the reason that he really saved Lauren, but that's what he said was the reason. Bit hypocritical to then show her bonding and Lauren being terrible.

And it's not really fair to say Jenny got no
votes, the fact that every girl has now been in the bottom 2 means they all could have gone by now, and we must have ALWs preferred girls now!
To be honest as jenny hadn't been in the bottom 2 before it seems likely she was quite popular and was a casualty of the 15
minute voting time (not enough time for repeat voting or too many people not watching live etc).

You don't? i wouldn't be surprised. The VT of the girls and the dogs was basically ALW saying Jenny couldn't possibly be a Jenny and what The Lord says goes...

I don't think Jenny deserved to win...Danielle does BUT the way the show has been set up to get rid of Jenny in recent weeks is really unfair.

I think when he sent her home and he said those comments, I don't think it was JUST about the dog... I think he was also talking about her acting ability and that she could possibly crumble under the pressure.

That's what I got from what he said anyway

Why did they not show tonights video with the dogs last night, reason it did not suit their agenda and as far as ALW saying she did not get on with dog that got blown out of the water tonight.

I will say it again this show is fixed to an extent by the edit anyone saing anything else is in denial.

Its worse than that. They had one VT and some comments about Jenny isn't liked by dogs ready and alongside it they had another lot of film saying Jenny likes dogs and dogs act for her. They chose the spin on VT one and ran it when voting was happening and it would ahve maximum efect and then showed VT two the next night when it was too late. Its not even as if the films were made in isolation. Its claiming something you know isn't a problem is one to achieve a result.

Exactly. I feel really sorry for Jenny tbh. She took it really well.

But Sheila told us she was one of the top 3 in the early acting task and she's showed less sign of crumbling than Sophie or Danielle and no more than anyone else.......

Same with the sing off - she's up against Lauren who is the one person who ALW can justify sending anyone home against singing . Its very coincidental.

Yeah, I thought she was stiched up last night.... the bonding VT, shown tonight, with Spyder just proved it. Its not sour grapes on my part, I wasn't a Jenny fan but I spotted that attempt at manipulation a mile off. It was so obvious, I wouldn't be surprised if the cute Westie wasn't called off by its owner using some sort of silent signal. The dog is obviously well trained and will probably respond to hand commands; my lab does!!

My mum doesn't even follow the show but after watching it tonight and the night before even she agrees Jenny was completely stitched up.

Yeah, I totally wasn't a Jenny fan, and was happy to see her go, but the whole episode was a blatant stitch up - not quite as cruel as the epic bojangling of Stephanie, though.

Exactly, it was so hypocritical, ridiculous and embarrassing for the show that I laughed out loud when that VT was shown ... Ok, so last night we are lead to believe Jenny has absolutely no empathy with dogs and ALW thought this was such an issue he mentioned it when he decided not to save her ... then in tonights VT she handled her dog perfectly and was the star of the show ....

Bad bad lack of thought, communication and disrespect for the audience and Jenny on behalf of OTR ...

I also felt sorry for jenny and seeing her with the dog on tonight's VT shows she was well and truly stitched up! Why didn't they show the girls with the dogs last night before the vote off? ALW should be ashamed of conning the viewers and letting Jenny down as she clearly would have bonded with any of the dogs... and in any case there are many months with which to get the dog trained and for a Dorothy to bond with the dog!!

ALW, just remember what goes around, comes around!!!

But if the public hadn't been misled, they might have voted for her.

Well to be honest, if the public really feels that strongly, they should ignore the VTs and vote for what THEY think (as indeed they did for Jodie Prenger, who was the victim of some very nasty comments from Cameron Macintosh, as I recall). I think this show is just not attracting any strong feelings from anyone. The music is well known, but IMO not particularly memorable, and there are no really big songs, like "As Long as He Needs Me", or virtually the whole of Joseph! I predict that unless Wizard comes out at Christmas panto time, it won't have a very long run.

They might have done if they'd had more than 15 minutes to vote...
