I think ALW was Jessica's biggest ally but the judges did not agree... they merely want to ram their favourite Dorothys down the public throat. So there is one with a fabulous voice but the public just don't warm to her (what's the point?). There is another who is lovely with sad eyes who just cannot really let go (is there still hope?). There is the other who may look like a likely candidate but her singing has been totally unconvincing and disappointing and who comes across as emotionally cold. Then there's the other who has been bouncing on the bottom for quite some time...accomplished yes, but just doesn't seem to be in the right gig.

I thought it was a shame that it both of the eliminationsa it was obvious who ALW was going to save before they'd sung a note of the sing-off.
I really didn't like Jessica's normal speaking voice (I know that's a bit harsh, but it's my opinion), but I thought she was great on stage, I real personality and a true 'stage' person. Same with Jenny really - though bless her she couldn't dance and the Tot running off was the nail in her coffin. Sadly ALW does have his favourites and that's Danielle and Lauren. I'm hoping on Steph to win - to me she's the best all-rounder, I can't believe she's been in the bottom two twice! |

Jessica was my favourite from the start although I didn't feel the Dorothy role would best showcase her talents. I'm disappointed she's gone in the sense that I enjoyed watching her and hoped she'd stay longer. However in terms of her future I think she has real star potential that needs to be nurtured with more training and experience.

Jess was always my favourite and the show will be poorer without her performances. I can't understand how the public gave up voting for her in the second round on Saturday. None of the other girls would have dared to perform Supercallifragilistic...
At least the Lord paid her some great compliments and even managed to say that she was more talented than Danielle, just less right for Dorothy. I hope we can see Jessica in a starring role on the stage soon, I am not a fan of musicals really, but I will definitely go to watch that. xx |

It wasn't so much the accent but that her voice was just SO deep. Perhaps we're just all a bit squeaky in London and that's what I'm used too
![]() . Northerners do tend to have deep broad voices, including me.Viv la difference.Laal is a cumbrian dialect word (it means small.).Guess i wouldn't be used to a pure london accent either. Nice chatting .
