I loved her, she was born to do musical theatre. Sure her facial expressions look a bit crazy in close ups on TV but that's not how its meant to be seen. Its should be larger than life because it would be on a stage. I understand that some people don't get that though, but I thought she was great.

We also have our right to an opinion. I do NOT think Jessica is a good performer. She spoilt the show for me and I could not bear to watch/listen to her. However, that is why we have posted on this thread - to give that opinion. If you want to rave about how good you thought she was then post on her appreciation thread. All but a few(a couple just get a bit carried away) are perfect, and are never even seen on these threads unless were defending our own getting personally slated.......
I don't get how anybody can say they hate somebody they do not know, just because she pulls a few OTT faces? It is rather bizarre.

I don't think her fans are nasty at all, well i'm definitely not and neither are the ones who post on her AT.
I've just looked at the comments 'Dramababe' has posted also (just to see if they were mean) and the nastiest one i've seen, referring to the Dorothys, is one about Danielle having 'dead' eyes..?
That's nothing compared to what has been said about Jess to be frank, nothing. Just thought i'd point that out..

With fame come criticism...And good on you for handling your departure and personal criticisms with such calm, goodwill and generosity of spirit!
I really like Jessica. I didn't think she was Dorothy, but she's extremely talented and will have a career, I'm sure. I thought she handled her exit very well, too. Well done, Jessica!

I would love to see these such comments, i'm guessing there is either one or two from a new poster(which is a bit unfair to bring up if it is) or have been taken out of context, we don't hate anybody on the AT (or have a parent of one of the girls single another girl and her parent out, which i do think is unfair.)
Lets just leave it an that, and swiftly move on.........
I never bought into Jess and her quirky ways, she annoyed the hell out of me, Imo her very best part was her exit , which she nearly messed up with all her needless twittering.
