Does anyone else not care who wins now?

For me, and for a couple of weeks now I would be happy to see the Wizard of Oz with any of them in it. My personal favourite now is Steph, I have just warmed to her but I dont think she is any more or less talented than the others. I think they have all done well and would all carry out a wonderfull performance when it starts in the Westend.

I thought he did..I had been drinking so I assumed I imagined it.

Call me cynical though (cos I am..I blame the lovely Charlie Brooker for that ), but doesn't anyone else think that was a bit suspect? I know it isn't, but it felt that way..

Kinda in the same way Jenny was stitched up (IMO anyway, she was).

Yeah now that Stephanie has gone I'm not too bothered who wins - Steph is good but I don't think she is a dorothy, Lauren is too confident (I think dorothy should be quite naive), I am beginning to sway towards Sophie don't know why, there's still something lacking in Danielle that I'm not sure about. Briony from the Marias should have been able to enter as Dorothy!!!

I dont care... mainly because I really like all four who are left, and dont mind who wins.

Id prefer it be Lauren or Steph though - I think they have been better than the other two.

I hope Steph wins, and if not her then Danielle. I don't really care about the other two. Although, whilst I think Lauren is far more talented, I prefer Sophie.

I don't really care either atm - there's no-one that stands out to me as a Dorothy.

When I watched IDA, from the start I knew Jodie was Nancy (for me at least). I haven't had the same revelation during this competition.

I have been thinking though, Niamh from IDA last year would have made a great Dorothy (imo) - she's a mix of good acting/singing and a sort of innocence and naivety I think Dorothy would have.

She's doing very well now I believe. My friend has just been in a WE show with her.

That's what great about this show that even if you lose it doesn't matter you can still get work if you're any good at all.

I completely agree with your post, word for word, strangely enough.

I only came around half-way through of Maria, but Connie quickly became my fave. Then when IDA began I loved Jodie from her first audition. And with the Josephs my two faves were Lee and Ben.

But with OTR I've found it harder tp have an out and out favourite, but my top two are Danielle and Steph, with Sophie closing in from behind.

I don't care. I kind of don't want to watch. The ones I most enjoyed watching were Bronte, Stephanie and especially Jessica, I really thought they would get further than they have done. I have always loved Steph from the beginning but I'm not sure if she is really a Dorothy.. But now with Sophie being so weak, Danielle boring me and finding Lauren a little too polished I think I would most like to see Steph in the role. I'll support her now, despite the fact that I don't think she is Dorothy as much as I thought Bronte, Stephanie and Jessica were.

I loved Lee from the start in Joseph too!

I think there are 5 better candidates who have gone and I wonder if with 10 months Dani would be old enough to do it better too. I even have moments when I think that with 10 months of vocal coaching Emilie might not be more watchable.....

Really? Emilie better than this lot with training??

I found Emilie one of the most unwatchable people in the history of all these kind of programmes! It just shows horses for courses.

She commanded the stage I thought - it was just dangerous when it got noticed for the wrong reasons. If They could fix the vocals though, she's striking - perhaps too striking for a lot of roles - but striking.

I only don't care who wins now in the sense that I like all of the potential Dorothys left in the competition.

As far as I'm concerned ALW has made absolutely the right call for three weeks running now and as long as I don't have to endure Emilie, who was quite obviously miles out of her league, or the gurning, lyric-mangling duo of Stephanie and Jessica, who each seemed to have the finesse and nuance of a Haven Holidays entertainer who'd overdosed on caffeine, then I'm perfectly happy

If I was him I would be phoning Jessie, Leanne or Niamh now - they could all play the age. I wouldn't be surprised to see Bronte turn up there as an understudy either.

I don't mind I'm away on hols. I doubt if I'll be going to see the show either so many other things to see (and see again) before this makes it to the top of my list. Good luck to them all!

I'm totally backing Danielle, though I do think Sophie has improved, quite suddenly, but she'll have to keep that up - I think Danielle has improved a lot through the whole show. Lauren's voice is obviously brilliant, but idk that we've seen enough of her acting. I'd like to see her live a song more. Steph is often flawless but I just havent found her performances that interesting...

I wasn't passionate from the start, though I like and have liked all the girls for different reasons.

I defended Emilie because I thought she was attracting too much undeserved flak, but I recognised her limitations.

I thought Stephanie would have made a good Dorothy - and I felt quite choked when she left but not devastated by any means.

Same with Jenny and Jessica - ALW says he's looking for raw talent - but when he's faced with it in the form of Jenny and Jessica it turns out that isn't what he wants at all.

Sheila sees stardom in Danielle and I respect the opinion of such a seasoned performer - but despite her tender age, Danielle strikes me as a little too mature for this part. Perhaps it because of the songs she's been given and the fact that much of the time she's looked as though she's been raiding her gran's dressing up box - I'd love to see her sing, act and perform like the young person she is; then I could make a more informed decision.

I think everything I've said about Danielle could be applied to Lauren - an amazing talent, but I've yet to imagine her in the role of a 12 year old - although I firmly believe there's a place for her in the WE.

Steph has shown her resiliance - she's the right height, the right build and whilst imo she isn't the best singer she's certainly not the worst; she's not the best actress but again not the worst - she's a tough cookie and she'd cope very well.

Of the girls left Sophie comes closest to my idea of Dorothy - if she makes the last 2 I think she might win - and there's plenty of time to smooth down the rough edges.

To summarise we have four very talented girls left and all I wish for them is that they perform to the very best of their ability - thus those who go will know they couldn't have done more.
