I have just watched episode 1 on iPlayer and Jordan De Courcy - what a complete smug deluded little twonk

How infuriating was he? I'm glad to see him go in the first episode, hopefully it took him down a peg or two

Try the threads in the Apprentice subforum - FM's don't hold back too much there.

Zoe is really competitive and it's hilarious how she always butts in :P I'm lookin foward to tonight's episode, then the final tomorrow!

I didn't realise it was on tonight and tomorrow. Would rather a bit more build up to the final.

Maybe its getting out the way of the football.

I have enjoyed the series so far, although not the same as the regular series but still enjoyable. My OH can't stand it though, and he is an Apprentice fan. Parts are a bit Bugsy Malone, but there have been some good TV moments.

I hope Zoe isn't the undoing of Arjun- I like him so far and think he will do well. I can see Zoe running her own business but can't see how she would ever cope with working for someone else, following orders isn't her strength.

No, it's not mean. Do you remember being 16/17? There were just as many horrible peers then as there are now.

I hate, yes hate, Zoe. What a self-important, nasty, irritating little jumped up brat. The way she talks is so grating. The way she puts that Godawful red lippy on and keeps her head up so that her hair keeps it's position. And those dreadful white tights. Dreadful girl, simply dreadful. The way she kept butting in when they were trying to sell art was just stupid and pointless. Arjun sold the highest value without her "help". She's still in because she's been in winning teams, but I hope she doesn't win the whole thing. Can you imagine working with or for such a pretentious fool?

I think Arjun is a genius. He is clever, quiet and has the loveliest smile. But he knows what he is doing and is very sensible. He is my favourite.

Well, some of us might say there is a very good reason why Zoe is always on the winning team

Some of those kids are the most annoying little pukes I have ever seen, which is probably the reason I keep watching!

You've a right to your opinion, of course, but I think you're a little overreacting to her. Especially as some of your hatred seems to be related to something as unimportant as her taste in clothes and make-up.

I don't condone her interruptions during the art task, but she wasn't aware in advance that it would be pointless; she didn't know the other two would sell well. I think she should have trusted them much more, but there you go, she didn't. It hardly makes her a monster.

She does sometimes come over as pretentious; I think this is due to her wanting to come over as very adult and professional, but this doesn't always pay off when you're 16 or 17. I certainly don't think her a fool.

"I've been working in teams all my life"

I've never laughed so much at The Apprentice. Although Nick came close to winning that achievement!

"What is this madness!?"
