I have a big night out on Saturday and not sure what to wear

I have one of these but wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it without something on top - I have worn it before with a black cardi..... however...

could you wear a waistcoat over the top?

I am thinking that I will wear shorts with them and blackk opaque tights and either purple shoes or black boot/shoes.

Any advice greatly received!

if your wearin a black vest under the top i would just wear it how it is...i thought you wanted something for over as you wasnt wearing a vest
