That for me is the beauty of Katy people dismiss her as throwaway and a singles artists but if they actualy took time to listen to her albums they would realise how solid they are and above all how much more effort goes in than your average pop album

And yes LM i love the acoustic its better than the Thinking Of You one and far and away better than the B.O.B remix i accidentally DL that was a case of 1 remix too far

Sounds promising. I can't really get into Sia's music (her voice is hard to listen to) but I hope she writes some decent songs for Katy

Sia has proved to be quite a good songwriter, and considering the huge successes of Titanium and now her work on Diamonds, she will become an indemand writer now.

I'm not sure whether i like this idea i love Sia and a hit is guranteed but i know Sia's sound and id rather katy branched out and sought to create a fresher sound than the current in demand one lead not follow katy.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. I like Sia's album "We Are Born", but I much prefer her solo music to her collaborating. Really really don't like her stuff with Flo Rida & David Guetta.

Me either and Diamonds which i love has the lyrical depth of a puddle and is riddled with cliche

Haha seriously love Sia as i do did she write that song in Crayon i'm not asking for Tennyson just a bit more imagination this is why i'm worried
katy is writing with her as Katy is really witty and able to convey alot in one sentence and Sia in terms of lyrics is quite simple and straight forward.

I bought Part Of Me on DVD and saw it for the first time yesterday, it is brilliant, I was expecting it to be a bit awful and cringey after really disliking the Glee concert movie but this is soooo good. The part where shes crying before going on stage in Brazil and then plasters on that fake smile is so powerful.

Just a little side note her perfume Purr is my fave perfume, does anyone have Meow? If so, whats it like?

I know that moment in Brazil gets me every time and when she got on stage and the crowd started chanting Te Amo Katy was welling up for her brilliant film

The Te Amo bit is what I was going to mention. very powerful

I like it because it doesn't feel sycophantic or forced you can just tell she is in a really bad place and just trying to make the best of it and it is a powerful scenev

I was watching old videos of her with a guitar last night. Those are my favourite kind of performances.

It's amazing when watching those video's to see the transformation i love the So Simple video she did in Japan i like the earlier music she did with The Matrix before she went to Capitol it'd not a world away from OOTB but it's be nice to hear

Downloaded One of the Boys earlier. Managed to complete my album on iTunes for @8 as I had downloaded a couple of songs from it already. It's not a bad album either. Teenage Dream is still my favourite though.

I love complete my album no duplicates and a cut down price And agreed love the first half up to number 8 tails off after that for me much prefer Teenage Dream but i do love One Of Thr Boys and i am so hyped for album three

Finally ordered my copy of The Complete Confection. I'm on a bit of a Katy spree at the moment, I've been listening to her a lot.

I'm loving Lost at the moment, such a gorgeous song, I think One Of The Boys is a bit hit and miss compared to Teenage Dream but theres some absolute stunners on there, we need her 3rd album pronto!

Same I find OOTB loses itself after IFYCAM but agree third album needed ASAP
