Some album track titles have been confirmed in various articles on the web:

Roar (or Rawr)
Bad Photographs
It Takes Two
Unconditional
Some great titles there. 'Roar' (or 'Rawr') is apparently the lead single due to drop mid-August.

So that's five out of presumably 11 or 12. Maybe she's going to follow trend and have a 10-track album.

I hope not i'm hoping 12-14 Standard 16-18 deluxe (if there is one i liked TD it gave her two collabs and some nice remixes).

I think 12 is a good number but only if they're all pretty good. I'd rather have 10 songs with no filler than 12 songs with a few filler tracks any day.

Anything over 12 is getting a little too lengthy imo, unless it's a deluxe version. I hope she does release a deluxe version with some extra tracks this time.

I think 12 is great too but as you say all the songs need to be solid like Teenage Dream. I found with One Of The boys after track 9 the quality dipped and i found myself getting bored but great first ahlf . And if there is a deluxe with extras ihope they are ona bonus disc and not tacked onto the end

Thoughts on ROAR!?!

I've only heard it once and I wasn't sure at first but it started to grow on me half-way through.

I like it, I wasn't too keen the first listen but it has grown on me.

Looking forward to the video, do we know when we get to see that yet?

I don't know. Probably in the next couple of weeks. There is a little lyrics video in the Roar thread. I'm posting From my iPod otherwise I'd put a link to it. I'm trying not to listen to the song too much because I don't want to be bored of it by the time the album comes out.

I think it's a great song, very catchy. I just wish she hadn't done those Teenage Dream era is dead videos as this sounds like it came from Teenage Dream. That's no bad thing in itself but it's unfortunate.

I really like Roar. Admittedly I wasn't completely in love with it upon first listen but it's grown on me just like California Gurls did. That's why I like Katy so much, her songs just seem to get better with time.

I love Roar i agree it's not a world away but there is enough subtle difference to hint at more from her. I wish her and the era all the best and am sure she will slay

I've limited myself as well, I do tend to overplay a song and then it hits the radio/ music channels or album release and it just grows tiresome.

Very catchy though!

I love that DVD, showed much more than what I originally thought.

What do you think of the Roar video?

For me still not blown away by the Roar video what with the Dark thing but then not dark thing i dunno it's just i'm adjusting my preconceptions still But it's fun light lacks a little progression isn't as good as previous video's i'd argue one of her weakest probably at the lower end along with WUIV and POM but it suit the song is decent enough but i expected more so am dissapointed.

But CONGRATS!!!! on the #1 Katy outselling the entire itunes top 10 is no mean feat can she amke it 2 weeks?
