Well a neighbour did it on his PVR ( not a Hummy so I decided to give it a try.)

I got there after a lot of messing around so if anybody has a good way of loading photos into the Hard drive of the FoxSat I should like to hear about it.

I finished up saving photos of my laptop onto a formatted USB stick but loaded them into the root of the stick. If they were loaded into a folder on the stick the Hummy wouldn't open the folder.

Using the Media player button and then the File manager I was able to get the Hummy's hard drive looking at the USB stick

I then created a folder on the hard drive and loaded each photo separately in to it.

All of this is very time consuming!!!

The Foxsat also talks of a music option when playing the photos back but I haven't been able to get that working.

Anybody got an easdier way

Cheers Sandy

Open the folder on the hdd, go right to the usb pane, press yellow to enter edit mode. Put a tick on each file you want to transfer using OK. copy them in one go in the usual way.
Don't forget to switch to photo mode in media before opt+ other wise you can't see the photos. Should be no problem accessing folders

Yes provided they are in jpg format.

Put in the usb drive, you should see a message on screen to say usb drive connected

Press media and then blue to switch to photo mode

At this stage you can play back the pictures by pressing blue again and right to switch to the usb drive. Press Ok to open the usb drive. Press play to start playback.

To copy ignore the above, press opt+ and choose file manager

Press right and oK to open the usb device. With a folder or file selected press green to transfer to the hdd. See post above to select multiple files/folders
