Sophie great, the other 3 all slightly below-par this week.

Lauren - horrible insincere overacting.
Steph - vocals just not quite right, underwhelming.
Danielle - just a bit ordinary.

Very hard to choose tonight apart from bottom which was clearly Steph for me - solos's i mean

I preferred Lauren and Danielle's duet! Both girls as good as each other!

And the solos go in this order for me

Ive voted for the acting. and who is strong enough to command the stage for every performance. We all know that the final four are great singers.

I'm not a Danielle fan by any means, in fact she's my least favourite of the remaining girls, but her duet with Lauren was fantastic.

Possibly my favourite overall performance in any of these shows. They sparked off each other wonderfully.

Solos:

1) (tie) Danielle and Sophie. I thought it was Sophie's best performance yet, and she gets the edge vocally, but Danielle's presentation and acting were so good so I call this a draw.
2) Lauren. Her voice didn't sound as great as it normally does, and her acting was way overdone. My husband and I were both laughing, and I don't think that's what she was going for.
3) Steph. I love her but she really disappointed me. She looked uncharacteristically stiff, her facial expressions were sharp and overdone, and her voice didn't go so well with the song.

Duets--

1) Danielle and Lauren. Both were amazing and played off of each other very well. I think Danielle was slightly better, but they were both wonderful.
2) Sophie and Steph. I thought they both did well, but Sophie was looking awkward again here, and her acting wasn't great, so I give the edge to Steph.

Acting Mission

1. Danielle, by a long way. Also, by far the best American accent.
2. Steph. Her accent was better than it has been, and her acting was believable.
3. Lauren. Overdone acting and grating accent.
4. Sophie. Just looked lost, and her accent was non-existant.

Overall, I think Danielle did the best on the night (she was also awesome in the group numbers), and while Sophie was great in her solo, I think she was worst in everything else.

I think that's an excellent summing-up. I would agree with virtually every word.
