Meanwhile, anyone on the naughty step yet? ”

Thank you. Never heard of monkseal though - sounds like wood stain

i'm not sure who's going to be in the sing off. But I think one might be Steph, she wasn't that good tonight imo. I like Steph and want her to stay. But she did come across as a bit too agressive in that number, a bit violant. just like she did during diomands....

anyway I don't know who it will be. I think Sophie is safe.

Danielle is probably safe from elimination becuase ALW will save her. i think.

Really fed up with ALW bias towards Lauren and Danielle- and how dismissive and rude he was to Sophie and Steph in the duet- methinks people were told to make sure Laurne and Danielle got the better song- nothing against the girls but I hope it backfires on ALW tonight and he has to choose between Danielle and Lauren

I'm going next week too and I'm hoping she goes through because I really want to see her. Just my luck if i go the only week she isn't there! She's been my fave since the start

Bit worried about actually getting in now that somebody said people were there from 11am :|

I thought that too, I thought John was the only fair judge when talking about the duets.

Also I hope for that bottom 2 also but only so that Lauren will go.

Yeah. I mean, I don't think you have to get there that early (apparently these people were VERY ENTHUSIATIC, had lawn chairs, picnic baskets, etc.) but I would definitely try to be early... do you have a priority ticket, or regular?

What time do you reckon you'll go there for then?

Here is the link to the Mighty Monkseal

http://monkseal.wordpress.com/

For the easily offended his language can be a bit fruity but he is terribly witty and makes me laugh a lot, on his blog, on the various DS threads and on Twitter. All hail the Monkseal.

I thought Steph & Lauren both fell a long way short of their best today but the judges still lavished praise, Lauren's "acting" just seemed OTT and insincere to me and Steph's vocals just didn't sound quite right with that song. From the armchair I'd say there's your bottom 2 - but we'll see.

Id be there at about 8 if it was me, it depends how much you want to be sure you have seats. I have been up that early for Wicked day tickets and it is a bore but when your in its completely worth it! Im sure this would be like 100x better than wicked too (however hard that is!)

My friend and I are gonna try for 11 then hopefully that won't persuade people to go even earlier D:

Ahhh I need the spoiler!! If Sophie goes, I won't be so worried about getting there next week!

ETA: ^^ i've camped over for Wicked tickets, but at least you only have to wait until 10am!

I think Sophie and Steph got a potentially very good song but their number was really badly put together. Why were they told to play it so angrily? They looked almost demented at certain points.

Danielle & Lauren really did their song justice. I don't usually find Lauren very watchable but I think that was the first time she got given a character that resembled herself to a degree, so she was in her element. That's the sort of role she should play in the West End because I do think she's talented (but doesn't possess the qualities needed for Dorothy).

I made that mistake first time I tried to google him and had to ask this forum to remind me - thought it was Ronseal but brilliant stuff and the pics are just genius.

And yes, Sid, JohnfromWales is an utter star blogger too. Am I the only one who has random thoughts about the hamster?

OK, cake time. *Wheels in hostess-style trolley complete with doilies and little cake forks* Tonight we have a choice of three (that would be Danielle, Steph and Sophie ) - chocolate and caramel cheesecake - a bit heavy, but no cake is a bad cake, right? ; my friend Laura's lemon polenta cake, for the gluten-free spoilers; and little cupcakes iced with cream cheese frosting. Help yourselves - except for you, Sid, for being greedy and wanting some of my pizza too. Not to mention my husband. )

my cousin said when she arrived there were two lines, one for 'priority tickets' and one for 'applause store general tickets'... priority ticket people have guaranteed entrance, provided they arrive before 5:30 (or something like that). the rest of the people will line up, and once they have an idea of the number of people in priority/production/vip, they'll go down the 'general' line stamping the people who will get in. even with a stamp you are not guaranteed entrance, but you probably will get in. she said she was about 10 people away from getting a stamp... and at least 50 people were turned away. this was at 5:20, so i am sure more people arrived. some were very upset, had come a long way, etc!

i would advise finding out the right time to get there, you don't want to be disappointed. Good luck!
