That sounds better, and if they do go with the split plan (which I'm beginning to dislike) then I hope they do this.

Yeah I see you're point, and I'm rapidly going off this plan tbh, as I didn't weigh it all up when I made my initial judgement. If they're prepared to move BGT to 8:30pm on Monday and Friday, and do as Wyrip has suggested then they may be onto something, but otherwise, for the reasons you have stated it does seem pointless. If they do split them, the results shows will need to be a lot more dramatic than they have been in the past in order to bring viewers back
