You said that before about BBCs daytime audience, they were old and close to death, but you seem to have forgotten
ITV Day.
ITVs bid to go upmarket and get those ABC1s that watch BBC Breakfast and the beebs daytime schedule.{you remember Solution street, an art series,Nigellas Chatshow, The 1 hour Lunchtime news, even Loose women went upmarket for a while

and shortned to 45 mins] What happened to that rebrand????
Ahh but Itv aren't interested in the ABC1s

that watch BBC ONE

No need to get touchy George

“As regards football, most advertisers campaigns are front loaded to the start of the competition. Do you really want to be trying to see England shirts in week 4 of the world cup? So obviously ITV want the early games. Added to that the uncertainty factor of later rounds which doesnt make for much time to plan late campaigns.”
Again Rubbish 'ITV Wants' ITV gets what its given
.Of course your advertising/Marketing excuse has nothing
to do with the original point I pulled you up on. That ITV had the upperhand in negotiations with the beeb, which must sound even Laughable in your head.
Yep advertisers would have no interest in advertising in an England Semi Final

as they have spent all their money

Im sure the vast majority of the advertisers wouldn't pay huge sums to advertise on it.Especially if Itv continue with their tradition of putting the ads in the game.
A dog in the street knows how marketing and advertising campaigns are done George, please dont think your educating anyone with your basic perils of wisdom.
