Or perhaps it was just the fact that BBC1 had 2 World Cup games yesterday, including England Vs Germany and the F1 and Top Gear on BBC2?
Why would any channel waste new programming up against that? ITV did the sensible thing yesterday and pushed quite a lot of viewers over to the m/c options which are about 300% more profitable than ITV1 Also, can you point me to the ratings that show ITV's multichannels being much higher than in previous weeks. |

BB's officials so far after the ones just came in:
Wednesday (launch)- 5.4m Thursday- 3.5m Friday- 3.0m Saturday- 2.7m Sunday- 3.3m Monday 14th June: 2.9m Tuesday 15th June: 2.9m Wednesday 16th June: 2.9m Thursday 17th June: 3.2m Friday 18th June: 3.2m Saturday 19th June: 2.4m Sunday 20th June: 3.0m Full Week 1 Average- 3.3m Looking brilliant so far... Thursday and Rachael's eviction recieved 3.2m! ![]() Not looking too bad now is it? |
