I just saw this on Broadcast (can't access the article as our usual 'work-round' doesn't appear to be working).

I'm honestly stunned by this. I didn't think he would have the time in his schedule to be hosting The One Show four nights a week (remember Evans will be doing Fridays ), but looks like he must be pretty keen for the regular gig. I can see his partnership with Christine working well though - possibly even better than Adrian.

Ignore the Total Wipeout thing. Casualty is at 8.20pm now!

Procedurals don't tend to have big finales, but it's not great to have 2 of them hitting series lows and having performed well for much of the season, NCIS has been a bit lower than last year as of late.

DWTS had a strong start this season but the results shows just haven't kept pace with the performance shows and that pattern continued into the finale despite moving out of the way of Idol. Mondays show was only slightly down on last season.

Idol saw no improvement from last week despite it being the final performance show of the season. In terms of total viewers, it's the lowest since season 1's 18.69m for a summer finale. In terms of adults 18-49, I'm pretty sure its the lowest ever.

On the plus side, Glee has found a strong level at 4.8 the past few weeks. That's comfortably above the numbers it drew for its preview episode in the same slot last year despite Idol being down and it won the hour with adults 18-49.

Parenthood finished strongly, a rare hit drama for NBC, beating CBS in that hour for much of its run.

Well UK TV Guide has Wipeout on at 8.20pm with Casualty at 9.10pm, I'm tempted to believe UK TV Guide which has been correct in the past.

BBC1 have Trooping The Colour (Queen's birthday) on Monday 7th June @ 9pm. High Street Dreams was removed from the 'unplaced' section on the BBC One website, which I think is a quiet way of saying the final of 4 episodes will never make the air.

Trouble is the BBC schedules on UK TV Guide still have TBAs in them (a Monday night film on BBC One, for example). Hopefully, we'll get another update tonight.

UKTV Guide has BGT 8pm till 9:30pm for its final night, and has Midsommer down on the Wednesday instead of Father and Son, so i think I will go with the BBC site for the moment.

Maybe Father and Son is airing Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri instead of Mon-Thu?

Virgin 1 is "expected to disappear" and the deal may mean Picnic, Sky's controversial pay TV plan for Freeview, may be back on following conditional Ofcom approval earlier this year.

ITV's confirmed the schedules for that week on press centre, and BGT final is definitely 19:30-22:00. Father & Son is stripped four days running, and there's no Midsomer Murders.

It'll be interesting to see what ITV places at 10pm after the BGT Final. Had it been the old performance and results show format, I wouldn't have expected anything decent as they'd have used up all their ads by then. But with BGT now being one show (with no 'filler' in the middle) there's a good opportunity in that slot with one of the biggest lead-ins of the year.

ITV1's schedules have not been confirmed on DigiGuide/UK TV Guide - yet.

Title of Monday programme changed to 'For Queen And Country' @ 9pm on BBC1, quite frankly it should be on BBC2.

I have to agree with you Zoe. EastEnders is pretty awful at the moment, but the viewers are obviously making the effort to keep up to date with it. The BBC3 repeat figure is really strong.

I think "crisis" is a better title than "Christmas", judging by the comments from people who watched it.

Reporting Scotland saying more people watched The Scheme last night than EastEnders in Scotland.

Was all over the front pages of the Scottish papers and now on the news too.

Can't say I'm surprised at the ratings - the reaction from last week's episode was incredible.

I have a feeling this will be networked. Even if it is on BBC2.

It's at number 4 and number 7 on the iPlayer most watched list which is quite extraordinary for a show that only airs in Scotland.

I see E4 has dropped King of the Hill from the schedule now it no long pairs with Cleveland Show I hope we do get to see the rest of this series, at some point.

LOL - yet another thing which any decent regulator would block, but Sky will get away with expanding their monopoly further yet again (especially under the Tories), whilst anyone else trying to offer something of use to viewers on a free basis will be stopped dead to protect Murdoch's millions.

I wonder if Dr Who will get a boost from people getting ready for their BGT marathon. The BBC are already reacting to last weekend's low figures by drafting in a much stronger lead-in. These Shrek films are incredible resilent in the ratings.

Clever idea to schedule Comedy Roadshow just as BGT is ending. It could beat whatever's on ITV1 at that time, whatever that is. Comedy Roadshow, like Shrek, seems to have a lot of life in its repeats.

All the previous BBC Queen documentaries have played on primetime BBC1. Can't do any worse than High Street Dreams which looks likely to be given a 10.35 slot for its last 5 episodes. (They may have only schedule 4 episodes for this run but they appear to have made 8 of them.)
