Having just bought a Foxsat HDR, we're enjoying not having to use the laptop to watch iPlayer.

The quality seems to be ok, when using the 'Higher Quality' option, but it'd be nice if we got HD.

Does anyone know if we'll get an HD option at some point, or is it just too bandwidth-hungry to be worth it?

I don't think there'd be any problem with it handling the throughput, I think they do intend to implement eventually.

I currently access BBC iPlayer through my Sony BDP S370 Blu-Ray player via a broadband connection, and it has HD program options. Quality is superb.
