Just saying it because the poll isn't representative of DS at all at the moment, I just want it to be fair.... and Sophie to win. Muhahaha.
But even if all those people haven't voted yet (which I'm sure a lot have), still wouldn't be ahead of Danielle

Because DS is so representative of the GBVP anyway

Most people who top the polls on DS never win only exception I can think of is Hayley from this years DOI.

Yes but it would be closer

As FMF just said - DS rarely represents public opinion anyway. I only know one person in the real world ( ) that wants Danielle to win. Everyone else backing Sophie. Don't know anyone backing Lauren

True dat. I count only 28 that have stated Danielle as fave, vs 32 for Soph, BUT more than that have already voted Danielle - I think we're just lazier about posts

Danielle for me as long as its not Lauren i dont mind though
I don't understand why you don't want Lauren to win? Any of the final 3 would be OK.

I'm afraid I feel the same and wouldn't mind either Sophie or Danielle as long as it's not Lauren. I just can't warm to her at all.

I think Sophie is the best casting for the role - she's not been the best performer overall but she's come on in leaps and bounds and has great potential, I find her quite mesmerising to watch. Lauren is stunning, is very polished, can sing to the rafters and has real star quality but I think she's a less credible casting as Dorothy, there's a million other roles for her. I can't understand why anyone thinks Danielle has any star quality at all, almost every week the judges praise her to the skies, to me she is plain, projects very little personality and has a routine singing voice. I predict a Sophie win!

Even if she is the best?
Anyway, I voted for lauren because she is the best.

Danielle and Lauren have been my favourites from the start and although Sophie seems a nice, talented young lady I don't think she is ready to be a leading lady yet so my preference is:

1. Danielle
2. Lauren
3. Sophie

Not necessarily, some just vote for who they think is the 'nicest' person, rather than the best girl for the part.

I voted Danielle. I don't really mind between Danielle or Sophie, Sophie is the most improved by a long shot but I think Danielle has the most potential. Lauren is the best singer but she's probably the weakest actress and she just looks too old imo.

Lauren, but I don't think she'll win; I think Danielle will.

Lauren is sure to get offered another part though, as she's so talented.

No I mean /you/ always do seem to like the most professional i.e the best. I wasn't talking about people in general.

never thought I'd say this, but Sophie.

Zero to hero in about two weeks. Never seen such a complete transformation in any show like this, weak link to probable frontrunner in the blink of an eye.

Like Danielle too, but feel Sophie's got a bit more charm and I dunno, humour for the role, plus probably the better voice.

Lauren's got no chance.

Based on the series to date and more importantly the voting system.

1st – Danielle
2nd – Sophie
3rd – Lauren

I voted Danielle, not because she's my overall favourite but because I think she's the best Dorothy.

Lauren is way more talented on all fronts in my view, but she isn't Dorothy.

I haven't been wording things well today. I'll blame being sick. It's because we had some awesome discussions on the DOI forum this year
