I loved Stephanie's as well because of the raw emotion in it, but her vocal suffered because of it.

Danielle had two chances and didn't crack it either time. For me only Emillie sang OTR worse than Danielle.

I don't think it's fair to compare the ones on the moon to the ones on the set. Sophie and Danielle had more opportunity to act it and it was sung in a completely different context - and also they weren't in tears saying goodbye!
All the girls on the moon gave their own unique intepretation in my opinion, and possibly not the one they would have given on the show. I found it quite touching how much the song fitted the "goodbye" .. like my dream may be over here, but somewhere else my dreams of being a west end star will come true! (oh god i am so cheesy)
I have to say Jessica;s stands out for me as the best and most optimistic rendition in this respect. I was in floods of tears at Stephanie's and Lauren's was excellent when I heard it on the radio the other day..... and was even better on the moon - she has serious professionalism! Jenny's was lovely too. Steph looked so cute on the moon with her little socks.
Also presumable Sophie, Danielle and Lauren will have received extra training this week focused on that song as they all had to record their version of the single, but I could be wrong.
Out of Sophie and Danielle I preferred Sophie's by far, I found it closer to the original, soft and dreamy version in my opinion; she lived the song as she sang it. I love the tone of her voice, too.....it fitted.
