Whats the cheapest way to get BTV?

As BT is very expensive compared to what I have, is there a cheap way to get BTV, I only want BTV but I know I need their BB but its not cheap, any ways you know to get it cheap?

If you have a family member who works for bt they can get you bb for free

There is rumours (and some say they have it setup) that Vodafone, Orange or T-Mobile Broadband customers will soon be able to offer BT Vision as they are using BT Wholesale broadband.
