There are some lesbians who, for whatever reason seem happy to play up to the stereotype. No amount of political correctness will change that. There's nothing wrong with it obviously but there can be no complaints when it gets pointed out.

I know 3 lesbian couples and see many more around the place and all adhere to the uniform of 'one slightly pretty, the other boyish and not so good looking'.

A mate of mine tried it on with a more feminine looking gay woman once but he wouldn't give up. When she told him she was in a relationship he honestly thought saying "ah right, so you're the good looking one then" was a compliment...

I probably know more lesbian couples than you. As you say, SOME do fit into the types you're describing. But not ALL by any means.

Judging by some of your other posts in this thread, you seem fixated on the idea that an attractive (in your eyes) female celeb can't be gay. So I'm not all that impressed by your methods of analysis!

And you also seem convinced that 'boyish' or 'less feminine' lesbians are by definition unattractive. For you maybe they are, but as a gay man I think some of them are gorgeous! Sorry if that muddles up your rather simplistic way of seeing things.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that but I have yet to meet a fully gay woman who I have found to be good looking. Those that are boyish really do nothing for me.
