Some people who are straight have slept with members of the same sex out of curiousity or were experimenting etc. etc. Does not mean they are bi or gay, just curious.
You also have to take into account the people who think they are gay. They are not many but I do know of a couple of people who thought they were gay and acted on their thoughts.
There was one woman on Oprah who found out later that she was actually straight but not gay!
There are also a lot of teenagers who are "bi" because it's trendy -.-
We may never know the true number because us humans are a fussy lot
