Personally I do not assume that every 'attractive' person I walk past in the street is straight, nor would they announce it to me or anyone else if they were gay. I have no doubt I have walked past hundreds, maybe thousands of attractive gay women over my lifetime and never known it, because they are not going to tell me, a total stranger.
They would have even less reason to tell me if they were a celebrity with endorsement deals, a career and a bunch of managers/PR people advising them to stay in the closet and henceforth get that film contract or TV deal.
Sometime, thinking laterally pays in this game. Its not always about perceiving things via your personal prejudice or experiences in civvy street. Entertainment is highly closeted and highly paid. Money and career talk over all else or you wouldn't fight to make a name for yourself based on your talents. Many people sacrifice the private for the public. Then maybe regret it years later.
Your view is your view and that's fine. But I don't think that view even begins to address what the reality of people's lives can be.”

Totally agree with you. Although, I'm sure your post will be too complicated for the OP to understand.
