As if the expectations aren't high as they are after Myth's of the Near Future, Jaime Reynolds has proclaimed the new album to be a 1000 times better than the first

But the good news is it seems they haven't ventured off too far (well at least not as far as they had first suggested) from the first album according to Reynolds.

Apparently several music journalist who have had a listen have been making positive noises according to the NME (although we know what the NME can be like).

But still I'm really really looking forward to this album. It's been a long time coming just hope it doesn't disappoint!

Well considering as their first version of the second album was rejected by the record company and they were told to re-write and record everything... they better bloody hope its good or I can see them being dropped.
The NME will love it, even if everyone else hates it. I reckon it'll be ok, but wont have anywhere near the impact Myths did. It would be impossible to.

Funny thing is a lot of people actually hated the album when it came out and I remember for a while only the critics where really keen on it. But slowly as time has worn on it seems to be held in a higher regard than ever. I've been a massive fan from the off, from the first time I heard Atlantis to Interzone - which was just a fascinating crescendo of noise

yea but record companies are interested in making money basically they weren't really saying you're album isn't sellable rather than you're album is shit.

I reckon they'll make a good one.

Well, that was disappointing. It seems they haven't progressed anywhere. This sounds like a B side from Myths...

I love Klaxons. The guy with the good hair is fit. And their new song is quite good too. I don't like the new member. He shall have to prove himself.

Got tickets for their intimate Glasgow show at King Tuts in July. It's an intimate 300 capacity place so it will be mental!! Saw Paolo Nutini and Biffy Clyro there earlier this year - both were insane!!

This tune sounds great even better than Flashover IMO.

I'm not liking that one either

Both the new songs sound like B-Sides to Myths...

Also, is this content of this song fitting to Myths? It sings about the outerregions and echoes from the other world. They done that on the first album.

I can honestly see me not liking this album. It's a shame if that happens because I do like them.
