So far I'd say...

My favourite is Arjun, who got dumped on by Tim but tried his best without any dramatics or tantrums.

Kirsty seems to have common sense - will be interesting to see her centre stage at some point.

Zoe will make the final - she adds the spite factor - and she is remarkable for her age, albeit in an ectremely scary way -but hopefully she will not win.

They don't seem that impressed by Hannah, Tim, or Emma(?) despite the first two having some positive moments. Tim was transparently dodging responsibility in both tasks, though.

Adam has enthusiasm but was out of his depth as manager.

Er, she was trying to hinder the excellent salesperson who won her the task as PM...and cried when she couldn't get her own way. The team won despite her not because of her - she delivered zilch!

I don't think you're characterising her fairly. The only time you saw her talking about that off her own bat was in her introductory to-camera speech - where she'd have been asked off-camera to talk about it - and when she was introducing herself to the other kids - where they were all telling each other what they'd done to get where they were. The other two times she mentioned it was when it was brought up by others - first by the boys on her team, and then by Lord Sugar.

If she has every dropped it in to conversation, then she hasn't done so on camera, and certainly not every 10 minutes.

There's no contradiction there.

Perhaps you need to re-read my post.

You certainly don't have to do anything. But at the moment you seem to be responding as if I'd said something other than what I did say. So, really, it's down to whether you care that you're not currently making sense or not. It's no skin off my arse either way.

You underlined "the only time", and you missed the qualifier "off her own bat".

Trollface cites 4 times she's talked about it, which does seem like a lot, but each time someone else had basically asked her to.

A more sympathetic editor would have cut out the repetition. We've seen similar (and worse) editing in previous years, where they've given the impression a candidate talks about some accomplishment, or their age, incessantly.

The Scottish girl (Kirsty?) is striking me as a frontrunner at the moment. She seems the type to win this sort of thing - quiet at the beginning, but when she does speak it always makes perfect sense, and then will go onto become a more prominent contender over the weeks.

Watch back previous seasons and it's always the same - Michelle in particular, plus Simon, and even Yasmina if you ignore her successful PM task in the second week where she got thrust into the limelight.

Wait a minute, I've just remembered something.

Wasn't it Adam who said in the episode one talking head segments that he believes men are better in business than women?

Yep, that was the moment I went right off him....

Ironic too when he was so clearly intimidated the second he was alone with a room full of girls, given that he was claiming men were stronger.

I agree that Kirsty is emerging as an early favourite. She seems quite careful about when to speak and what she has to say usually comes across like she has thought before opening her mouth.

Think the problem with Adam is that he is having a bit of an awakening as the others are to a similar extent (the two fired already certainly) where they have so far in whatever they've turned their hand to in life always been the 'big fish' in whatever pool they swam in, and now they are suddenly as small as all the other fish around them. No doubt they have also been bombarded from family and friends for the last few years about how amazing and brilliant they are and how outstanding their achievements are, now in this scenario they are no more amazing or brilliant than each other...

So the key for Adam will come when we see if he realises some of that and learns from this week, cos if so then I think he could do well... His intentions were good - he tried to incorporate everyone's ideas, he was always trying to be motivational and passionate about the team's idea (crap though it was). So although some of that proved to be ill-founded and poorly executed, really his intentions were all good and are important in business.

Just showing my support for Kirsty too. She seems like the most genuine one of the bunch, even though she claims to cheat at board games, but I do that too.

How short is she though? She's like a little dwarf compared to the others.

Intimidated? I think he was just shy, as he probably has a crush on one or two of them...

Just caught up with the latest episode.

Adam, as likable as he is, was out of his depth and should have been given his marching orders. And to be frank, I'm getting a bit fed up of this 'I dropped out of school but I want to make something of my life' spiel. Why should Hibah (who was one of the few who actually came up with an idea on this task) apologise for her academic accomplishments?

On the other team, Arjun (?), out of nowhere, really impressed me. His final pitch was excellent. I continue to like Rhys as well. But Tim is a coward.

Because she's immature and was rubbish at team working, demonstrating both weeks she had little, if any potential. Academic qualifications on their own don't count for anything if you can't apply them or they're actually hindering you on a business task.

Also she chose to apologise for them; no one made her.

I didn't find Hibah immature

I also felt she did apply herself by offering one of the few ideas generated by her team.

And I did think she felt compelled to comment on her own academic accomplishments after Adam's little speech. He's a nice guy but he's been crap two weeks on the trot now.
